A sustained increase in our Web development business, coupled with the demand for Websites that are as visually compelling on the front end as they are powerful on the back end, has enabled us to ramp up our internal staff to meet these needs.
We currently have two very specific positions we need to fill:
The first is a Client Side Developer. This person will be responsible for formatting and coding designs from a graphic designer and creating templates for Django, WordPress, Dreamweaver and possibly various other frameworks. Skills in Server Side Web Development will be useful but not extremely necessary. A keen eye for good graphics design will be very helpful.
The second is a Server Side Developer. This person will be responsible for maintaining multiple Linux VPS servers and coding the server side portion of Websites. Qualifications include working knowledge in Python, Django framework development, Simple server side script development, PHP, Basic website script maintenance, WordPress maintenance, Linux System Administration, lighttpd configurations, MySQL configurations, Basic shell scripting, iptables management, Basic disk and connection encryption, DNS Settings Management, Git VCS Experience, and basic experience in the following languages - HTML (5), CSS(3), Javascript.
