Couple the loyalty of aviators with good food served quick and easy, service on a first name basis from people with a drive to please, and you have a bonified recipe for success. Welcome to Crosswind Café located at the Hickory Regional Airport.We met owner Teresa Rozzelle within days of her purchase of this breakfast and lunch café. She needed a new identity, a personality all her own that spoke to her aviation crowd and to the legions of in-town regulars who stop by for simple, easy and delicious meals. She needed a way to communicate her special events, her catering menus… a way to stay in touch with her customers.So we jumped at the chance and created a strategic marketing plan, a fast-track timeline, and a manageable budget. Armed with that, we developed a logo that said it all and created an identity package of letterhead, business cards, the works. We designed menus, eBlast templates and a simple but effective Website that is optimized for search engines and engineered for today’s portable electronics typically carried by pilots. We rounded out Teresa’s new look with window decals, logoed coffee cups, hats, and T-shirts.To say it was another day at the office for us is an understatement.
